Surah An-Naazi'aat سُورَةُ النَّازِعَاتِ

وَٱلنَّـٰزِعَـٰتِ غَرۡقࣰا ﴿١﴾

Eebe wuxuu ku dhaartay Malaa'igta Nafta si daran uga siibta (gaalada)

By those [angels] who extract with violence

وَٱلنَّـٰشِطَـٰتِ نَشۡطࣰا ﴿٢﴾

Iyo tan si fudud uga qaadda (mu'miniinta)

And [by] those who remove with ease

وَٱلسَّـٰبِحَـٰتِ سَبۡحࣰا ﴿٣﴾

Iyo Malaa'igta Hawada Dabbaalata (si amar fulin)

And [by] those who glide [as if] swimming

فَٱلسَّـٰبِقَـٰتِ سَبۡقࣰا ﴿٤﴾

Iyo tan u orotanta wanaagga

And those who race each other in a race

فَٱلۡمُدَبِّرَ ٰتِ أَمۡرࣰا ﴿٥﴾

Iyo kuwa Maamula amarka (Eebe)

And those who arrange [each] matter

یَوۡمَ تَرۡجُفُ ٱلرَّاجِفَةُ ﴿٦﴾

Maalinta ay gilgilan afuufka (hore)

On the Day the blast [of the Horn] will convulse [creation]

تَتۡبَعُهَا ٱلرَّادِفَةُ ﴿٧﴾

Oyna raaci tii dambe (waa sugantahay)

There will follow it the subsequent [one]

قُلُوبࣱ یَوۡمَئِذࣲ وَاجِفَةٌ ﴿٨﴾

Qalbiyaduna Maalintaa way cabsan

Hearts, that Day, will tremble

أَبۡصَـٰرُهَا خَـٰشِعَةࣱ ﴿٩﴾

Araggeeduna wuu dullaysnaan

Their eyes humbled

یَقُولُونَ أَءِنَّا لَمَرۡدُودُونَ فِی ٱلۡحَافِرَةِ ﴿١٠﴾

Waxayna dhihi (Gaaladu) Ma raadkiibaa naloo celin (Adduunkii)

They are [presently] saying, "Will we indeed be returned to [our] former state [of life]

أَءِذَا كُنَّا عِظَـٰمࣰا نَّخِرَةࣰ ﴿١١﴾

Markaan noqonno Lafo duugoobay

Even if we should be decayed bones

قَالُوا۟ تِلۡكَ إِذࣰا كَرَّةٌ خَاسِرَةࣱ ﴿١٢﴾

Waxay dheheen taasi waa noqosho khasaara ah

They say, "That, then, would be a losing return

فَإِنَّمَا هِیَ زَجۡرَةࣱ وَ ٰحِدَةࣱ ﴿١٣﴾

Waa uun Hal Qaylo kaliya

Indeed, it will be but one shout

فَإِذَا هُم بِٱلسَّاهِرَةِ ﴿١٤﴾

Dadkuna markaas ay Dhulka kor iman

And suddenly they will be [alert] upon the earth's surface

هَلۡ أَتَىٰكَ حَدِیثُ مُوسَىٰۤ ﴿١٥﴾

Ma ku soo gaadhay warkii (Nabi) Muuse

Has there reached you the story of Moses

إِذۡ نَادَىٰهُ رَبُّهُۥ بِٱلۡوَادِ ٱلۡمُقَدَّسِ طُوًى ﴿١٦﴾

Markii Eebe uga yeedahy Toggii barakaysnaa ee Dhuwa

When his Lord called to him in the sacred valley of Tuwa

ٱذۡهَبۡ إِلَىٰ فِرۡعَوۡنَ إِنَّهُۥ طَغَىٰ ﴿١٧﴾

Kuna yidhi u tag Fircoon wuu xadgudbaye

Go to Pharaoh. Indeed, he has transgressed

فَقُلۡ هَل لَّكَ إِلَىٰۤ أَن تَزَكَّىٰ ﴿١٨﴾

Oo ku dheh ma rabtaa inaad daahir noqotid

And say to him, 'Would you [be willing to] purify yourself

وَأَهۡدِیَكَ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَتَخۡشَىٰ ﴿١٩﴾

Oon Eebe Jidkiisa kugu hanuuniyo kana yaabtid

And let me guide you to your Lord so you would fear [Him]

فَأَرَىٰهُ ٱلۡءَایَةَ ٱلۡكُبۡرَىٰ ﴿٢٠﴾

Wuxuuna tusiyay (Nabi-Muuse) Aayad wayn

And he showed him the greatest sign

فَكَذَّبَ وَعَصَىٰ ﴿٢١﴾

Wuuse beeniyay oo caasiyay (Fircoon)

But Pharaoh denied and disobeyed

ثُمَّ أَدۡبَرَ یَسۡعَىٰ ﴿٢٢﴾

Wuuna jeedsaday isagoo xumaan la socda

Then he turned his back, striving

فَحَشَرَ فَنَادَىٰ ﴿٢٣﴾

Wuxuuna kulmiyay (Askartii) una Qaylyay

And he gathered [his people] and called out

فَقَالَ أَنَا۠ رَبُّكُمُ ٱلۡأَعۡلَىٰ ﴿٢٤﴾

Isagoo dhihi waxaan ahay Eebihiinna sare

And said, "I am your most exalted lord

فَأَخَذَهُ ٱللَّهُ نَكَالَ ٱلۡءَاخِرَةِ وَٱلۡأُولَىٰۤ ﴿٢٥﴾

Markaasaa Eebe Ciqaabay Aakhiro iyo Adduunba

So Allah seized him in exemplary punishment for the last and the first [transgression]

إِنَّ فِی ذَ ٰلِكَ لَعِبۡرَةࣰ لِّمَن یَخۡشَىٰۤ ﴿٢٦﴾

Arrintaasna waano yaa ugu sugan Ruuxii Eebe ka yaabi

Indeed in that is a warning for whoever would fear [Allah]

ءَأَنتُمۡ أَشَدُّ خَلۡقًا أَمِ ٱلسَّمَاۤءُۚ بَنَىٰهَا ﴿٢٧﴾

Ma idinkaa daran abuuridda masc Samada Eebaa dhisay

Are you a more difficult creation or is the heaven? Allah constructed it

رَفَعَ سَمۡكَهَا فَسَوَّىٰهَا ﴿٢٨﴾

Korna yeelay jurmigeeda ekeeyayna

He raised its ceiling and proportioned it

وَأَغۡطَشَ لَیۡلَهَا وَأَخۡرَجَ ضُحَىٰهَا ﴿٢٩﴾

Habeenkeedana madoobeeyay Maalinteedana soo bixiyay (Ifiyay)

And He darkened its night and extracted its brightness

وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ بَعۡدَ ذَ ٰلِكَ دَحَىٰهَاۤ ﴿٣٠﴾

Dhulkana markaas ka dib fidiyay

And after that He spread the earth

أَخۡرَجَ مِنۡهَا مَاۤءَهَا وَمَرۡعَىٰهَا ﴿٣١﴾

Biyahiisa iyo Daaqiisana soo bixiyay

He extracted from it its water and its pasture

وَٱلۡجِبَالَ أَرۡسَىٰهَا ﴿٣٢﴾

Buurahana sugay

And the mountains He set firmly

مَتَـٰعࣰا لَّكُمۡ وَلِأَنۡعَـٰمِكُمۡ ﴿٣٣﴾

Si aad idinka iyo Xoolihiinnu ugu nacfidaan

As provision for you and your grazing livestock

فَإِذَا جَاۤءَتِ ٱلطَّاۤمَّةُ ٱلۡكُبۡرَىٰ ﴿٣٤﴾

Markay timaaddo Musiibadii waynayd (qiyaamadu)

But when there comes the greatest Overwhelming Calamity

یَوۡمَ یَتَذَكَّرُ ٱلۡإِنسَـٰنُ مَا سَعَىٰ ﴿٣٥﴾

Maalintaas Dadku way xusuusan waxay faleen

The Day when man will remember that for which he strove

وَبُرِّزَتِ ٱلۡجَحِیمُ لِمَن یَرَىٰ ﴿٣٦﴾

Naarta Jaxiimana waxaa loo muujin Ruuxii Arki

And Hellfire will be exposed for [all] those who see

فَأَمَّا مَن طَغَىٰ ﴿٣٧﴾

Ruuxiise xadgudba

So as for he who transgressed

وَءَاثَرَ ٱلۡحَیَوٰةَ ٱلدُّنۡیَا ﴿٣٨﴾

Nolosha Adduunyana doorta

And preferred the life of the world

فَإِنَّ ٱلۡجَحِیمَ هِیَ ٱلۡمَأۡوَىٰ ﴿٣٩﴾

Wuxuu ku dheelman Naarta Jaxiimo

Then indeed, Hellfire will be [his] refuge

وَأَمَّا مَنۡ خَافَ مَقَامَ رَبِّهِۦ وَنَهَى ٱلنَّفۡسَ عَنِ ٱلۡهَوَىٰ ﴿٤٠﴾

Ruuxiise ka yaaba la kulanka Eebe Naftana ka reeba Hawada (xun)

But as for he who feared the position of his Lord and prevented the soul from [unlawful] inclination

فَإِنَّ ٱلۡجَنَّةَ هِیَ ٱلۡمَأۡوَىٰ ﴿٤١﴾

Wuxuu u dheelman Janno

Then indeed, Paradise will be [his] refuge

یَسۡءَلُونَكَ عَنِ ٱلسَّاعَةِ أَیَّانَ مُرۡسَىٰهَا ﴿٤٢﴾

Waxay ku waydiin Saacadda (Qiyaamaha) markay sugnaan

They ask you, [O Muhammad], about the Hour: when is its arrival

فِیمَ أَنتَ مِن ذِكۡرَىٰهَاۤ ﴿٤٣﴾

Maxaa ku ogaysiiyay waqtigeeda

In what [position] are you that you should mention it

إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ مُنتَهَىٰهَاۤ ﴿٤٤﴾

Eebe umbuu ku dhammaan ogaansheheedu

To your Lord is its finality

إِنَّمَاۤ أَنتَ مُنذِرُ مَن یَخۡشَىٰهَا ﴿٤٥﴾

Adugu waxaad tahay uun u digaha Ruuxii ka yaabi

You are only a warner for those who fear it

كَأَنَّهُمۡ یَوۡمَ یَرَوۡنَهَا لَمۡ یَلۡبَثُوۤا۟ إِلَّا عَشِیَّةً أَوۡ ضُحَىٰهَا ﴿٤٦﴾

Waxay la mid noqon Malintay arkaan (Qiyaamada) yagon nagaanin Galab iyo Barqin mooyeen (Addunka)

It will be, on the Day they see it, as though they had not remained [in the world] except for an afternoon or a morning thereof
