Surah Al-Mulk سُورَةُ المُلۡكِ

۞ تَبَـٰرَكَ ٱلَّذِی بِیَدِهِ ٱلۡمُلۡكُ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَیۡءࣲ قَدِیرٌ ﴿١﴾

Waxaa barako badnaaday (oo weynaaday) Eebaha Xukunku awooddiisa ku jiro ee wax walbana kara

Blessed is He in whose hand is dominion, and He is over all things competent

ٱلَّذِی خَلَقَ ٱلۡمَوۡتَ وَٱلۡحَیَوٰةَ لِیَبۡلُوَكُمۡ أَیُّكُمۡ أَحۡسَنُ عَمَلࣰاۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِیزُ ٱلۡغَفُورُ ﴿٢﴾

Eebaha abuuray geeri iyo nololba, si uu dadow idiin imtixaamo kiinna Camal fiican, Eebana waa adkaade dambidhaafe ah

[He] who created death and life to test you [as to] which of you is best in deed - and He is the Exalted in Might, the Forgiving

ٱلَّذِی خَلَقَ سَبۡعَ سَمَـٰوَ ٰتࣲ طِبَاقࣰاۖ مَّا تَرَىٰ فِی خَلۡقِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ مِن تَفَـٰوُتࣲۖ فَٱرۡجِعِ ٱلۡبَصَرَ هَلۡ تَرَىٰ مِن فُطُورࣲ ﴿٣﴾

Eebe waa midka abuuray Toddobo Samo oo isdul saaran kuna arki maysid abuurka Eebaha Raxmaanka ah kala tagsani, bal daymada celi inaad aragto wax dillaac ah

[And] who created seven heavens in layers. You do not see in the creation of the Most Merciful any inconsistency. So return [your] vision [to the sky]; do you see any breaks

ثُمَّ ٱرۡجِعِ ٱلۡبَصَرَ كَرَّتَیۡنِ یَنقَلِبۡ إِلَیۡكَ ٱلۡبَصَرُ خَاسِئࣰا وَهُوَ حَسِیرࣱ ﴿٤﴾

Haddana celi daymada waxaa kugu soo noqon aragga oo dhiban daallanna

Then return [your] vision twice again. [Your] vision will return to you humbled while it is fatigued

وَلَقَدۡ زَیَّنَّا ٱلسَّمَاۤءَ ٱلدُّنۡیَا بِمَصَـٰبِیحَ وَجَعَلۡنَـٰهَا رُجُومࣰا لِّلشَّیَـٰطِینِۖ وَأَعۡتَدۡنَا لَهُمۡ عَذَابَ ٱلسَّعِیرِ ﴿٥﴾

Eebe wuxuu ku quxiyey Samada dhow Nalal (Xiddigaha) wuxuuna ka dhigay Xiddigahaas kuwo lagu gano Shayaadiinta, Wuxuuna Eebe u diyaariyay kuwaas Naarta Saciiro

And We have certainly beautified the nearest heaven with stars and have made [from] them what is thrown at the devils and have prepared for them the punishment of the Blaze

وَلِلَّذِینَ كَفَرُوا۟ بِرَبِّهِمۡ عَذَابُ جَهَنَّمَۖ وَبِئۡسَ ٱلۡمَصِیرُ ﴿٦﴾

Kuwa ka gaaloobay Eebahood waxaa u sugnaaday Caddibaadda Jhannamo, meel loo ahaadana iyadaa u xun

And for those who disbelieved in their Lord is the punishment of Hell, and wretched is the destination

إِذَاۤ أُلۡقُوا۟ فِیهَا سَمِعُوا۟ لَهَا شَهِیقࣰا وَهِیَ تَفُورُ ﴿٧﴾

Marka Gaalada lagu tuuro Naarta waxay ka maqli Cod xun oo daran iyadoo karaysa

When they are thrown into it, they hear from it a [dreadful] inhaling while it boils up

تَكَادُ تَمَیَّزُ مِنَ ٱلۡغَیۡظِۖ كُلَّمَاۤ أُلۡقِیَ فِیهَا فَوۡجࣱ سَأَلَهُمۡ خَزَنَتُهَاۤ أَلَمۡ یَأۡتِكُمۡ نَذِیرࣱ ﴿٨﴾

waxay u dhawdahay inay Cadha daraadeed la kala dillaacdo, marka Koox (Gaala ah) lagu ridaba waxaa warsada Malaa'igta Naarta ka shaqeysa iyagoo ku dhihi miyuusan idiin imaanin wax idiin diga

It almost bursts with rage. Every time a company is thrown into it, its keepers ask them, "Did there not come to you a warner

قَالُوا۟ بَلَىٰ قَدۡ جَاۤءَنَا نَذِیرࣱ فَكَذَّبۡنَا وَقُلۡنَا مَا نَزَّلَ ٱللَّهُ مِن شَیۡءٍ إِنۡ أَنتُمۡ إِلَّا فِی ضَلَـٰلࣲ كَبِیرࣲ ﴿٩﴾

Waxayna ugu jawaabi waa noo yimid wax noo diga waanse beeninay, annagoo leh ma soo dejinin Eebe waxba, idinkuna waxaad ku sugan tihiin baadi weyn

They will say," Yes, a warner had come to us, but we denied and said, 'Allah has not sent down anything. You are not but in great error

وَقَالُوا۟ لَوۡ كُنَّا نَسۡمَعُ أَوۡ نَعۡقِلُ مَا كُنَّا فِیۤ أَصۡحَـٰبِ ٱلسَّعِیرِ ﴿١٠﴾

Gaaladii waxay dhaheen haddaan wax maqlaynno ama aan wax kasayno Naarta Saciiro ehelkeeda ma aanaan noqoneen

And they will say, "If only we had been listening or reasoning, we would not be among the companions of the Blaze

فَٱعۡتَرَفُوا۟ بِذَنۢبِهِمۡ فَسُحۡقࣰا لِّأَصۡحَـٰبِ ٱلسَّعِیرِ ﴿١١﴾

Waxay kirteen (Gaaladu) dambigoodii waxaana u sugnaatay fogaansho Naarta Saciiro ehelkeeda

And they will admit their sin, so [it is] alienation for the companions of the Blaze

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِینَ یَخۡشَوۡنَ رَبَّهُم بِٱلۡغَیۡبِ لَهُم مَّغۡفِرَةࣱ وَأَجۡرࣱ كَبِیرࣱ ﴿١٢﴾

Kuwa Eebe ka yaaba iyagoon la arkaynin (Eebe mooyee) waxaa u sugnaaday dambi dhaaf iyo ajri weyn

Indeed, those who fear their Lord unseen will have forgiveness and great reward

وَأَسِرُّوا۟ قَوۡلَكُمۡ أَوِ ٱجۡهَرُوا۟ بِهِۦۤۖ إِنَّهُۥ عَلِیمُۢ بِذَاتِ ٱلصُّدُورِ ﴿١٣﴾

Ama hadalka hoos dhiga dadow ama kor u qaada Eebe waa ogyahay waxa laabta ku jira

And conceal your speech or publicize it; indeed, He is Knowing of that within the breasts

أَلَا یَعۡلَمُ مَنۡ خَلَقَ وَهُوَ ٱللَّطِیفُ ٱلۡخَبِیرُ ﴿١٤﴾

Ma waxaan wax ogeyn Eebaha wax walba abuuray ee wax walba daalacan

Does He who created not know, while He is the Subtle, the Acquainted

هُوَ ٱلَّذِی جَعَلَ لَكُمُ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ ذَلُولࣰا فَٱمۡشُوا۟ فِی مَنَاكِبِهَا وَكُلُوا۟ مِن رِّزۡقِهِۦۖ وَإِلَیۡهِ ٱلنُّشُورُ ﴿١٥﴾

Eebe waa kan Dhulka ka dhigay mid laylan ee ku socda Waddooyinkiisa kana Cuna Quudkiisa Eebaana Dadku loo soo kulmin (Qiyaamada)

It is He who made the earth tame for you - so walk among its slopes and eat of His provision - and to Him is the resurrection

ءَأَمِنتُم مَّن فِی ٱلسَّمَاۤءِ أَن یَخۡسِفَ بِكُمُ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ فَإِذَا هِیَ تَمُورُ ﴿١٦﴾

Miyaad ka aamin noqoteen Eebaha Sare inuu Dhulka idin la gooyo, ayna idinla dhaqdhaqaaqdo

Do you feel secure that He who [holds authority] in the heaven would not cause the earth to swallow you and suddenly it would sway

أَمۡ أَمِنتُم مَّن فِی ٱلسَّمَاۤءِ أَن یُرۡسِلَ عَلَیۡكُمۡ حَاصِبࣰاۖ فَسَتَعۡلَمُونَ كَیۡفَ نَذِیرِ ﴿١٧﴾

Miyaadse ka aamin noqoteen Eebaha Sare inuu Dhagaxyo Naar ah idinku soo daadiyo, waad ogaan doontaan digiinta Eebe Cidhibteeda

Or do you feel secure that He who [holds authority] in the heaven would not send against you a storm of stones? Then you would know how [severe] was My warning

وَلَقَدۡ كَذَّبَ ٱلَّذِینَ مِن قَبۡلِهِمۡ فَكَیۡفَ كَانَ نَكِیرِ ﴿١٨﴾

Waxaa Eebe beeniyey Gaaladii (reer Makaad) ka horreeyey, sidayse ahayd Ciqaabti Eebe

And already had those before them denied, and how [terrible] was My reproach

أَوَ لَمۡ یَرَوۡا۟ إِلَى ٱلطَّیۡرِ فَوۡقَهُمۡ صَـٰۤفَّـٰتࣲ وَیَقۡبِضۡنَۚ مَا یُمۡسِكُهُنَّ إِلَّا ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنُۚ إِنَّهُۥ بِكُلِّ شَیۡءِۭ بَصِیرٌ ﴿١٩﴾

Miyeyna dadku arkaynin Shimbirka korkooda ah marna baalka fidin marna laabi wax haya oon Eebaha Raxmaan ahayna uusan jirin, Eebana wax walba wuu arkaa

Do they not see the birds above them with wings outspread and [sometimes] folded in? None holds them [aloft] except the Most Merciful. Indeed He is, of all things, Seeing

أَمَّنۡ هَـٰذَا ٱلَّذِی هُوَ جُندࣱ لَّكُمۡ یَنصُرُكُم مِّن دُونِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِۚ إِنِ ٱلۡكَـٰفِرُونَ إِلَّا فِی غُرُورٍ ﴿٢٠﴾

Waa kuma Gargaaraha Eebaha Raxmaan ah ka soo hadhay ee u gaargaari Gaalada, Gaaladu waxay ku sugan yihiin kadsoomid

Or who is it that could be an army for you to aid you other than the Most Merciful? The disbelievers are not but in delusion

أَمَّنۡ هَـٰذَا ٱلَّذِی یَرۡزُقُكُمۡ إِنۡ أَمۡسَكَ رِزۡقَهُۥۚ بَل لَّجُّوا۟ فِی عُتُوࣲّ وَنُفُورٍ ﴿٢١﴾

Waa kuma kan wax quudiya haddii Eebe haysto Risqigiisa, Gaaladu waxay ku Madax adaygeen isla weyni iyo Xaq diidnimo

Or who is it that could provide for you if He withheld His provision? But they have persisted in insolence and aversion

أَفَمَن یَمۡشِی مُكِبًّا عَلَىٰ وَجۡهِهِۦۤ أَهۡدَىٰۤ أَمَّن یَمۡشِی سَوِیًّا عَلَىٰ صِرَ ٰطࣲ مُّسۡتَقِیمࣲ ﴿٢٢﴾

Midkee wanaagsan Ruux Wajiga k socda iyo mid si toosan oo siman Wadda Toosan ugu socda

Then is one who walks fallen on his face better guided or one who walks erect on a straight path

قُلۡ هُوَ ٱلَّذِیۤ أَنشَأَكُمۡ وَجَعَلَ لَكُمُ ٱلسَّمۡعَ وَٱلۡأَبۡصَـٰرَ وَٱلۡأَفۡءِدَةَۚ قَلِیلࣰا مَّا تَشۡكُرُونَ ﴿٢٣﴾

Dheh Nabiyow Eebe waa midka Dadkow idin ahaysiiyey, Maqal iyo Arag iyo Caqlina idiin yeelay, wax yar baadse Eebe ku shukridaan

Say, "It is He who has produced you and made for you hearing and vision and hearts; little are you grateful

قُلۡ هُوَ ٱلَّذِی ذَرَأَكُمۡ فِی ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَإِلَیۡهِ تُحۡشَرُونَ ﴿٢٤﴾

Dheh Eebe waa midka dadkow Dhulka idinku beeray isagaana (Qiyaamada) loo soo kulmin doona Dadka

Say, "It is He who has multiplied you throughout the earth, and to Him you will be gathered

وَیَقُولُونَ مَتَىٰ هَـٰذَا ٱلۡوَعۡدُ إِن كُنتُمۡ صَـٰدِقِینَ ﴿٢٥﴾

Waxay dhihi Gaaladu waa goorma Waqtiguu dhici waxa naloogu gooddin haddaad run sheegaysaan

And they say, "When is this promise, if you should be truthful

قُلۡ إِنَّمَا ٱلۡعِلۡمُ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ وَإِنَّمَاۤ أَنَا۠ نَذِیرࣱ مُّبِینࣱ ﴿٢٦﴾

Dheh Eebaa og goortaas, waxaanse ahay Anigu u dige Cad (muuqda)

Say, "The knowledge is only with Allah, and I am only a clear warner

فَلَمَّا رَأَوۡهُ زُلۡفَةࣰ سِیۤءَتۡ وُجُوهُ ٱلَّذِینَ كَفَرُوا۟ وَقِیلَ هَـٰذَا ٱلَّذِی كُنتُم بِهِۦ تَدَّعُونَ ﴿٢٧﴾

Markaysa Gaaladu Naarta oo u dhow arkaan waxaa xumaan oo doorsoomi Wajiga Gaalada, waxaana lagu dhihi waaka Cadibaaddii aad ddonayseen (dedejisanayseen)

But when they see it approaching, the faces of those who disbelieve will be distressed, and it will be said, "This is that for which you used to call

قُلۡ أَرَءَیۡتُمۡ إِنۡ أَهۡلَكَنِیَ ٱللَّهُ وَمَن مَّعِیَ أَوۡ رَحِمَنَا فَمَن یُجِیرُ ٱلۡكَـٰفِرِینَ مِنۡ عَذَابٍ أَلِیمࣲ ﴿٢٨﴾

Dheh balse ka warrama haddii Eebe aniga (Nabiga) iyo inta ila jirta uu halligo ama u naxariisto yaa Gaalo ka korin Caddibaad daran

Say, [O Muhammad], "Have you considered: whether Allah should cause my death and those with me or have mercy upon us, who can protect the disbelievers from a painful punishment

قُلۡ هُوَ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنُ ءَامَنَّا بِهِۦ وَعَلَیۡهِ تَوَكَّلۡنَاۖ فَسَتَعۡلَمُونَ مَنۡ هُوَ فِی ضَلَـٰلࣲ مُّبِینࣲ ﴿٢٩﴾

Dheh Eebe waa Raxmaan waana rumaynay, waana Tala saaranay, waadse ogaan doontaan (Gaalooy) Cidda Baadi Cad ku sugan

Say, "He is the Most Merciful; we have believed in Him, and upon Him we have relied. And you will [come to] know who it is that is in clear error

قُلۡ أَرَءَیۡتُمۡ إِنۡ أَصۡبَحَ مَاۤؤُكُمۡ غَوۡرࣰا فَمَن یَأۡتِیكُم بِمَاۤءࣲ مَّعِینِۭ ﴿٣٠﴾

Dheh balse Warrama hadday Biyuhu Dhulka ku gudhaan yaa idin siin Biya durduri (ma jiro Eebe waxaan ahayn)

Say, "Have you considered: if your water was to become sunken [into the earth], then who could bring you flowing water
