Surah Al-Jumu'a سُورَةُ الجُمُعَةِ

۞ یُسَبِّحُ لِلَّهِ مَا فِی ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰتِ وَمَا فِی ٱلۡأَرۡضِ ٱلۡمَلِكِ ٱلۡقُدُّوسِ ٱلۡعَزِیزِ ٱلۡحَكِیمِ ﴿١﴾

Waxaa Eebe nasihi (weynayn) waxa samooyinka iyo Dhulka ku sugan, Ilaahay waa xaakin Xumaan ka daahirane ah aadkade falsame ah

Whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth is exalting Allah, the Sovereign, the Pure, the Exalted in Might, the Wise

هُوَ ٱلَّذِی بَعَثَ فِی ٱلۡأُمِّیِّـۧنَ رَسُولࣰا مِّنۡهُمۡ یَتۡلُوا۟ عَلَیۡهِمۡ ءَایَـٰتِهِۦ وَیُزَكِّیهِمۡ وَیُعَلِّمُهُمُ ٱلۡكِتَـٰبَ وَٱلۡحِكۡمَةَ وَإِن كَانُوا۟ مِن قَبۡلُ لَفِی ضَلَـٰلࣲ مُّبِینࣲ ﴿٢﴾

Eebe waa kan u soo bixiyey kuwaan wax aqoon Rasuul ka mid ah oo ku akhriya korkooda Aayaadkiisa «quraankana» bara iyo Sunnada (Nabiga) waxayna horey u ahaayeen kuwo haadi cad ku sugan

It is He who has sent among the unlettered a Messenger from themselves reciting to them His verses and purifying them and teaching them the Book and wisdom - although they were before in clear error

وَءَاخَرِینَ مِنۡهُمۡ لَمَّا یَلۡحَقُوا۟ بِهِمۡۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِیزُ ٱلۡحَكِیمُ ﴿٣﴾

(Waxaa kale oo Eebe Nabigu u diray) kuwo kale oon weli la kulmin kuwaas, Eebena waa Adkaade falsame ah

And [to] others of them who have not yet joined them. And He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise

ذَ ٰلِكَ فَضۡلُ ٱللَّهِ یُؤۡتِیهِ مَن یَشَاۤءُۚ وَٱللَّهُ ذُو ٱلۡفَضۡلِ ٱلۡعَظِیمِ ﴿٤﴾

Arrintaasuna (Islaamka iyo Nabiga la soo diray) waa deeq Ilaah, wuxuuna siin ruuxuu doono Eebana waa deeq iyo fadli weyne

That is the bounty of Allah, which He gives to whom He wills, and Allah is the possessor of great bounty

مَثَلُ ٱلَّذِینَ حُمِّلُوا۟ ٱلتَّوۡرَىٰةَ ثُمَّ لَمۡ یَحۡمِلُوهَا كَمَثَلِ ٱلۡحِمَارِ یَحۡمِلُ أَسۡفَارَۢاۚ بِئۡسَ مَثَلُ ٱلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلَّذِینَ كَذَّبُوا۟ بِءَایَـٰتِ ٱللَّهِۚ وَٱللَّهُ لَا یَهۡدِی ٱلۡقَوۡمَ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِینَ ﴿٥﴾

Kuwii la faray inay Kitaabka Tawreed (ilaaliyaan) kuna Camal falaan (qaa Yuhuudda) haddana an ku camal falin, waxay la mid yihiin Dameerxambaarsan Kutub badan, waxaana xun masalka kuwaas beeniyey Aayadaha Eebe, Ilaahayna ma hanuuniyo kuwo daalimiin ah

The example of those who were entrusted with the Torah and then did not take it on is like that of a donkey who carries volumes [of books]. Wretched is the example of the people who deny the signs of Allah. And Allah does not guide the wrongdoing people

قُلۡ یَـٰۤأَیُّهَا ٱلَّذِینَ هَادُوۤا۟ إِن زَعَمۡتُمۡ أَنَّكُمۡ أَوۡلِیَاۤءُ لِلَّهِ مِن دُونِ ٱلنَّاسِ فَتَمَنَّوُا۟ ٱلۡمَوۡتَ إِن كُنتُمۡ صَـٰدِقِینَ ﴿٦﴾

Waxaad dhahdaa (Nabiga) kuwa Yuhuuda ahow haddaad sheegateen inaad tihiin Awliyo Eebe dadka kale ka sokow, geeri jeelaada haddaad run sheegaysaan

Say, "O you who are Jews, if you claim that you are allies of Allah, excluding the [other] people, then wish for death, if you should be truthful

وَلَا یَتَمَنَّوۡنَهُۥۤ أَبَدَۢا بِمَا قَدَّمَتۡ أَیۡدِیهِمۡۚ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِیمُۢ بِٱلظَّـٰلِمِینَ ﴿٧﴾

Geerina ma jeelaanayaan weligood waxay hormarsadeen (oo gaf ah) dartiis, Eebana waa ogyahay kuwa daalimiinta ah

But they will not wish for it, ever, because of what their hands have put forth. And Allah is Knowing of the wrongdoers

قُلۡ إِنَّ ٱلۡمَوۡتَ ٱلَّذِی تَفِرُّونَ مِنۡهُ فَإِنَّهُۥ مُلَـٰقِیكُمۡۖ ثُمَّ تُرَدُّونَ إِلَىٰ عَـٰلِمِ ٱلۡغَیۡبِ وَٱلشَّهَـٰدَةِ فَیُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا كُنتُمۡ تَعۡمَلُونَ ﴿٨﴾

Waxaad ku dhahdaa geerida aad ka cararaysaan way idinla kulmi, markaasaa laydiin eelin Ilaah og waxa maqan iyo wax joogaba, markaasuu idinka warrami (idinka jaasin) waxaad camal falayseen

Say, "Indeed, the death from which you flee - indeed, it will meet you. Then you will be returned to the Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, and He will inform you about what you used to do

یَـٰۤأَیُّهَا ٱلَّذِینَ ءَامَنُوۤا۟ إِذَا نُودِیَ لِلصَّلَوٰةِ مِن یَوۡمِ ٱلۡجُمُعَةِ فَٱسۡعَوۡا۟ إِلَىٰ ذِكۡرِ ٱللَّهِ وَذَرُوا۟ ٱلۡبَیۡعَۚ ذَ ٰلِكُمۡ خَیۡرࣱ لَّكُمۡ إِن كُنتُمۡ تَعۡلَمُونَ ﴿٩﴾

Kuwa xaqa rumeeyow marka laysugu yeedho Salaadda Maalinta Jimcaha ah aada xusidda Eebe, wax gadashadana ka taga, saasa idiin khayr roon haddaad tihiin kuwo wax og

O you who have believed, when [the adhan] is called for the prayer on the day of Jumu'ah [Friday], then proceed to the remembrance of Allah and leave trade. That is better for you, if you only knew

فَإِذَا قُضِیَتِ ٱلصَّلَوٰةُ فَٱنتَشِرُوا۟ فِی ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَٱبۡتَغُوا۟ مِن فَضۡلِ ٱللَّهِ وَٱذۡكُرُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ كَثِیرࣰا لَّعَلَّكُمۡ تُفۡلِحُونَ ﴿١٠﴾

Markase Salaadda la dhammeeyo Dhulka ku kala faafa, dalbana (doona) khayrka Eebe, Ilaahayna xusa in badan waxaad u dhawdihiin inaad liibaantaan

And when the prayer has been concluded, disperse within the land and seek from the bounty of Allah, and remember Allah often that you may succeed

وَإِذَا رَأَوۡا۟ تِجَـٰرَةً أَوۡ لَهۡوًا ٱنفَضُّوۤا۟ إِلَیۡهَا وَتَرَكُوكَ قَاۤئِمࣰاۚ قُلۡ مَا عِندَ ٱللَّهِ خَیۡرࣱ مِّنَ ٱللَّهۡوِ وَمِنَ ٱلتِّجَـٰرَةِۚ وَٱللَّهُ خَیۡرُ ٱلرَّ ٰزِقِینَ ﴿١١﴾

Markay arkaan tijaaro (Ganacsi) ama Ciyaar (wax lagu shuqloomo) way aadaan, waxayna kaa tagaan Nabiyow adoo taagan (Khudbo akhrin) waxaad dhahdaa waxa Eebe agtiisa ah yaa ka khayr badan Ciyaar iyo Ganacsiba, Ilaahay waa kan ugu khayr badan inta wax arsaaqda

But when they saw a transaction or a diversion, [O Muhammad], they rushed to it and left you standing. Say, "What is with Allah is better than diversion and than a transaction, and Allah is the best of providers
