Surah Al-Maa'un سُورَةُ المَاعُونِ

أَرَءَیۡتَ ٱلَّذِی یُكَذِّبُ بِٱلدِّینِ ﴿١﴾

Ka warrama kan beenin Abaalmarinta (Qiyaamada)

Have you seen the one who denies the Recompense

فَذَ ٰلِكَ ٱلَّذِی یَدُعُّ ٱلۡیَتِیمَ ﴿٢﴾

Kaas xooga Agoonta (xageeda)

For that is the one who drives away the orphan

وَلَا یَحُضُّ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ ٱلۡمِسۡكِینِ ﴿٣﴾

Aan kuna boorrinaynin quudinta miskiinka

And does not encourage the feeding of the poor

فَوَیۡلࣱ لِّلۡمُصَلِّینَ ﴿٤﴾

Waxaa halaag u sugnaaday kuwa tukan (waa Munaafiqiinta)

So woe to those who pray

ٱلَّذِینَ هُمۡ عَن صَلَاتِهِمۡ سَاهُونَ ﴿٥﴾

Ee haddana halmaansan Salaaddooda

[But] who are heedless of their prayer

ٱلَّذِینَ هُمۡ یُرَاۤءُونَ ﴿٦﴾

Dadkana is tusiya

Those who make show [of their deeds]

وَیَمۡنَعُونَ ٱلۡمَاعُونَ ﴿٧﴾

Una diida alaabta (Laysugu kaalmeeyo)

And withhold [simple] assistance
