Surah Al-Ahqaf سُورَةُ الأَحۡقَافِ

۞ حمۤ ﴿١﴾

Waxay ku Tusin mucjisada Quraanka ee wayn, Eebaa ogna waa la dhahaa

Ha, Meem

تَنزِیلُ ٱلۡكِتَـٰبِ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡعَزِیزِ ٱلۡحَكِیمِ ﴿٢﴾

Kitaabka (Quraanka) ah wuxuu ka soo dagay Eebaha adkaada ee falka san xaggiisa

The revelation of the Book is from Allah, the Exalted in Might, the Wise

مَا خَلَقۡنَا ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ وَمَا بَیۡنَهُمَاۤ إِلَّا بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَأَجَلࣲ مُّسَمࣰّىۚ وَٱلَّذِینَ كَفَرُوا۟ عَمَّاۤ أُنذِرُوا۟ مُعۡرِضُونَ ﴿٣﴾

Samaawaadka iyo dhulka iyo waxa u dhexeeyana waxaan xaq iyo muddo magacaaban ahayn uma aannaan abuurin, kuwii gaaloobayna wixii loogu digay (ee quraanka) ah way ka jeedsadeen

We did not create the heavens and earth and what is between them except in truth and [for] a specified term. But those who disbelieve, from that of which they are warned, are turning away

قُلۡ أَرَءَیۡتُم مَّا تَدۡعُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ أَرُونِی مَاذَا خَلَقُوا۟ مِنَ ٱلۡأَرۡضِ أَمۡ لَهُمۡ شِرۡكࣱ فِی ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰتِۖ ٱئۡتُونِی بِكِتَـٰبࣲ مِّن قَبۡلِ هَـٰذَاۤ أَوۡ أَثَـٰرَةࣲ مِّنۡ عِلۡمٍ إِن كُنتُمۡ صَـٰدِقِینَ ﴿٤﴾

Waxaad Dhahdaa nabiyoow bal ka warrama waxaad caabudaysaan ee Eebe ka soo hadhay ina tusiya waxay ku abuureen dhulka, ama shirkad ah oy ku leeyihiin Samaawaadka, ii keena (oo i tusiya) Kitaab Quraanka, ka horreyay, ama wax raad cilmi ah, haddaad run sheegeeysaan

Say, [O Muhammad], "Have you considered that which you invoke besides Allah? Show me what they have created of the earth; or did they have partnership in [creation of] the heavens? Bring me a scripture [revealed] before this or a [remaining] trace of knowledge, if you should be truthful

وَمَنۡ أَضَلُّ مِمَّن یَدۡعُوا۟ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ مَن لَّا یَسۡتَجِیبُ لَهُۥۤ إِلَىٰ یَوۡمِ ٱلۡقِیَـٰمَةِ وَهُمۡ عَن دُعَاۤئِهِمۡ غَـٰفِلُونَ ﴿٥﴾

Wax ka dulmi badan ma jiro ruux baryi Eebe ka sokow waxaan ajiibeynin (maqleyn) tan iyo qiyaamada, baryadoodana halmaansan (ogyn)

And who is more astray than he who invokes besides Allah those who will not respond to him until the Day of Resurrection, and they, of their invocation, are unaware

وَإِذَا حُشِرَ ٱلنَّاسُ كَانُوا۟ لَهُمۡ أَعۡدَاۤءࣰ وَكَانُوا۟ بِعِبَادَتِهِمۡ كَـٰفِرِینَ ﴿٦﴾

Marka dadka la soo kulmiyana u noqondoona kuwii caabudi jira, col, Inay caabudi jireenna dafiri

And when the people are gathered [that Day], they [who were invoked] will be enemies to them, and they will be deniers of their worship

وَإِذَا تُتۡلَىٰ عَلَیۡهِمۡ ءَایَـٰتُنَا بَیِّنَـٰتࣲ قَالَ ٱلَّذِینَ كَفَرُوا۟ لِلۡحَقِّ لَمَّا جَاۤءَهُمۡ هَـٰذَا سِحۡرࣱ مُّبِینٌ ﴿٧﴾

Marka gaalada lagu dul akhriyo aayaadkannaga (quraanka) oo cad waxay dhahaan kuwa gaalada ah markuu u yimid xaqu kani waa sixir cad

And when Our verses are recited to them as clear evidences, those who disbelieve say of the truth when it has come to them, "This is obvious magic

أَمۡ یَقُولُونَ ٱفۡتَرَىٰهُۖ قُلۡ إِنِ ٱفۡتَرَیۡتُهُۥ فَلَا تَمۡلِكُونَ لِی مِنَ ٱللَّهِ شَیۡءًاۖ هُوَ أَعۡلَمُ بِمَا تُفِیضُونَ فِیهِۚ كَفَىٰ بِهِۦ شَهِیدَۢا بَیۡنِی وَبَیۡنَكُمۡۖ وَهُوَ ٱلۡغَفُورُ ٱلرَّحِیمُ ﴿٨﴾

Waxay dhihi waa been uu abuurtay (Nabigu), Waxaad dhahdaa haddaan been abuurto waxba iigama taraysaan Eebe xaggiisa, isagaana og waxaad dhumbanaysaan, (oo been ah) Eebaana marag ugu filan dhexdeenna, waana dambi dhaafe naxariista ah

Or do they say, "He has invented it?" Say, "If I have invented it, you will not possess for me [the power of protection] from Allah at all. He is most knowing of that in which you are involved. Sufficient is He as Witness between me and you, and He is the Forgiving the Merciful

قُلۡ مَا كُنتُ بِدۡعࣰا مِّنَ ٱلرُّسُلِ وَمَاۤ أَدۡرِی مَا یُفۡعَلُ بِی وَلَا بِكُمۡۖ إِنۡ أَتَّبِعُ إِلَّا مَا یُوحَىٰۤ إِلَیَّ وَمَاۤ أَنَا۠ إِلَّا نَذِیرࣱ مُّبِینࣱ ﴿٩﴾

Waxaad dhahdaa ma ihi bidei ka gaar ah Rasuullada, mana ogi waxa lagu fali aniga iyo idinka, waxaan uun raaci waxa lay waxyoodo (ee quraanka ah) waxaana ahay u dige cad (oo muuqda)

Say, "I am not something original among the messengers, nor do I know what will be done with me or with you. I only follow that which is revealed to me, and I am not but a clear warner

قُلۡ أَرَءَیۡتُمۡ إِن كَانَ مِنۡ عِندِ ٱللَّهِ وَكَفَرۡتُم بِهِۦ وَشَهِدَ شَاهِدࣱ مِّنۢ بَنِیۤ إِسۡرَ ٰۤءِیلَ عَلَىٰ مِثۡلِهِۦ فَءَامَنَ وَٱسۡتَكۡبَرۡتُمۡۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا یَهۡدِی ٱلۡقَوۡمَ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِینَ ﴿١٠﴾

Waxaad Dhahdaa bal ii warrama hadduu Quraanku Eebe ka soo dagay ood ka gaalowdaan oo uu ka marag furo marag ree Bani'iisraaiil ah isaga oo kale (xaqnimada iyo runta) oo uu rumeeyay idinkuna aad is kibriseen, Eebana ma hanuuniyo kuwa dulmilowga ah

Say, "Have you considered: if the Qur'an was from Allah, and you disbelieved in it while a witness from the Children of Israel has testified to something similar and believed while you were arrogant...?" Indeed, Allah does not guide the wrongdoing people

وَقَالَ ٱلَّذِینَ كَفَرُوا۟ لِلَّذِینَ ءَامَنُوا۟ لَوۡ كَانَ خَیۡرࣰا مَّا سَبَقُونَاۤ إِلَیۡهِۚ وَإِذۡ لَمۡ یَهۡتَدُوا۟ بِهِۦ فَسَیَقُولُونَ هَـٰذَاۤ إِفۡكࣱ قَدِیمࣱ ﴿١١﴾

Gaaladii waxay dheheen hadduu Quraanku khayr yahay noogama hormareen rumayntiisa, iyagoon hanuunsanayn gaaladu yay haddana dhihi kan (Quraanka ah) waa beenihii hore

And those who disbelieve say of those who believe, "If it had [truly] been good, they would not have preceded us to it." And when they are not guided by it, they will say, "This is an ancient falsehood

وَمِن قَبۡلِهِۦ كِتَـٰبُ مُوسَىٰۤ إِمَامࣰا وَرَحۡمَةࣰۚ وَهَـٰذَا كِتَـٰبࣱ مُّصَدِّقࣱ لِّسَانًا عَرَبِیࣰّا لِّیُنذِرَ ٱلَّذِینَ ظَلَمُوا۟ وَبُشۡرَىٰ لِلۡمُحۡسِنِینَ ﴿١٢﴾

Quraanka waxaa ka horreeyay kitaabkii (Nabi) Muuse, isagoo ah hanuuniye iyo naxariis, kanna waa kitaab u rumayn (xaqa). Af carabina ku soo dagay, si uu ugu digo kuwa dulmiga falay, uguna bishaareeyo kuwa wanaagga falay

And before it was the scripture of Moses to lead and as a mercy. And this is a confirming Book in an Arabic tongue to warn those who have wronged and as good tidings to the doers of good

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِینَ قَالُوا۟ رَبُّنَا ٱللَّهُ ثُمَّ ٱسۡتَقَـٰمُوا۟ فَلَا خَوۡفٌ عَلَیۡهِمۡ وَلَا هُمۡ یَحۡزَنُونَ ﴿١٣﴾

kuwa yidhi Eebahanno waa Alle haddana toosnaaday cabsi iyo murugi midna ma arkaan

Indeed, those who have said, "Our Lord is Allah," and then remained on a right course - there will be no fear concerning them, nor will they grieve

أُو۟لَـٰۤئِكَ أَصۡحَـٰبُ ٱلۡجَنَّةِ خَـٰلِدِینَ فِیهَا جَزَاۤءَۢ بِمَا كَانُوا۟ یَعۡمَلُونَ ﴿١٤﴾

Kuwaasna waa ehlu-Janno wayna ku waari dhexdeeda, abaalmarin camalkoodii (wanaagsanaa) darteed

Those are the companions of Paradise, abiding eternally therein as reward for what they used to do

وَوَصَّیۡنَا ٱلۡإِنسَـٰنَ بِوَ ٰلِدَیۡهِ إِحۡسَـٰنًاۖ حَمَلَتۡهُ أُمُّهُۥ كُرۡهࣰا وَوَضَعَتۡهُ كُرۡهࣰاۖ وَحَمۡلُهُۥ وَفِصَـٰلُهُۥ ثَلَـٰثُونَ شَهۡرًاۚ حَتَّىٰۤ إِذَا بَلَغَ أَشُدَّهُۥ وَبَلَغَ أَرۡبَعِینَ سَنَةࣰ قَالَ رَبِّ أَوۡزِعۡنِیۤ أَنۡ أَشۡكُرَ نِعۡمَتَكَ ٱلَّتِیۤ أَنۡعَمۡتَ عَلَیَّ وَعَلَىٰ وَ ٰلِدَیَّ وَأَنۡ أَعۡمَلَ صَـٰلِحࣰا تَرۡضَىٰهُ وَأَصۡلِحۡ لِی فِی ذُرِّیَّتِیۤۖ إِنِّی تُبۡتُ إِلَیۡكَ وَإِنِّی مِنَ ٱلۡمُسۡلِمِینَ ﴿١٥﴾

Dadka waxaan u dardaarannay labadiisii Waalid inuu u wanaag falo, Hooyadiis uurkay ku sidday iyadoo dhibban wayna dhashay iyadoo dhibban, uurkiisa iyo gudhintiisuna waa Soddon bilood, markuu ilmihii tabar yeesho oo Afartan gaadho yuu (kan fiican) dhahaa eebow igu toosi inaan kugu mahadiyo nicmadaada aad iigu nicmaysay Aniga iyo waaliddiintay, iguna toosi inaan camal fiican ood ka raalli tahay falo, iina wanaaji faracayga, waaba kuu toobadkeenaye, waxaana ka mid ahay muslimiinta

And We have enjoined upon man, to his parents, good treatment. His mother carried him with hardship and gave birth to him with hardship, and his gestation and weaning [period] is thirty months. [He grows] until, when he reaches maturity and reaches [the age of] forty years, he says, "My Lord, enable me to be grateful for Your favor which You have bestowed upon me and upon my parents and to work righteousness of which You will approve and make righteous for me my offspring. Indeed, I have repented to You, and indeed, I am of the Muslims

أُو۟لَـٰۤئِكَ ٱلَّذِینَ نَتَقَبَّلُ عَنۡهُمۡ أَحۡسَنَ مَا عَمِلُوا۟ وَنَتَجَاوَزُ عَن سَیِّءَاتِهِمۡ فِیۤ أَصۡحَـٰبِ ٱلۡجَنَّةِۖ وَعۡدَ ٱلصِّدۡقِ ٱلَّذِی كَانُوا۟ یُوعَدُونَ ﴿١٦﴾

Kuwaasi waa kuwaannu ka aqbalayno camalkoodii fiicnaa, kana dhaafayno koodii xumaa, waxayna noqon ehelu-Janno Eebana wuxuu u yaboohay yabooh run ah

Those are the ones from whom We will accept the best of what they did and overlook their misdeeds, [their being] among the companions of Paradise. [That is] the promise of truth which they had been promised

وَٱلَّذِی قَالَ لِوَ ٰلِدَیۡهِ أُفࣲّ لَّكُمَاۤ أَتَعِدَانِنِیۤ أَنۡ أُخۡرَجَ وَقَدۡ خَلَتِ ٱلۡقُرُونُ مِن قَبۡلِی وَهُمَا یَسۡتَغِیثَانِ ٱللَّهَ وَیۡلَكَ ءَامِنۡ إِنَّ وَعۡدَ ٱللَّهِ حَقࣱّ فَیَقُولُ مَا هَـٰذَاۤ إِلَّاۤ أَسَـٰطِیرُ ٱلۡأَوَّلِینَ ﴿١٧﴾

Waxaa jira mid ku dhihi labadiisii waalid Ufbaa la idin yidhi ce ma waxaad ii yaboohaysaan in la i sou bixin iyadoo dadkii horaba lagay, Labada waalidna ay Eebe uga baryi (hanuun), iyagoo ku dhihi magacaa ba'; ee rumee, ballanqaadka Eebana waa xaqe, oo markaas ku dhihi waxaasi waa beentii dadkii hore

But one who says to his parents, "Uff to you; do you promise me that I will be brought forth [from the earth] when generations before me have already passed on [into oblivion]?" while they call to Allah for help [and to their son], "Woe to you! Believe! Indeed, the promise of Allah is truth." But he says, "This is not but legends of the former people

أُو۟لَـٰۤئِكَ ٱلَّذِینَ حَقَّ عَلَیۡهِمُ ٱلۡقَوۡلُ فِیۤ أُمَمࣲ قَدۡ خَلَتۡ مِن قَبۡلِهِم مِّنَ ٱلۡجِنِّ وَٱلۡإِنسِۖ إِنَّهُمۡ كَانُوا۟ خَـٰسِرِینَ ﴿١٨﴾

Kuwaasi waa kuwa caddibaadi u sugnaatay, iyagoo ka mid noqon kuwii horay u tagey oo Jinni iyo Insiba leh, waxayta ahaayeen kuwa khasaaray

Those are the ones upon whom the word has come into effect, [who will be] among nations which had passed on before them of jinn and men. Indeed, they [all] were losers

وَلِكُلࣲّ دَرَجَـٰتࣱ مِّمَّا عَمِلُوا۟ۖ وَلِیُوَفِّیَهُمۡ أَعۡمَـٰلَهُمۡ وَهُمۡ لَا یُظۡلَمُونَ ﴿١٩﴾

Cid walba waxay mudan waxay camal fashay Eebana wuu u oofin camalkooda iyagoon la dulmiyaynin

And for all there are degrees [of reward and punishment] for what they have done, and [it is] so that He may fully compensate them for their deeds, and they will not be wronged

وَیَوۡمَ یُعۡرَضُ ٱلَّذِینَ كَفَرُوا۟ عَلَى ٱلنَّارِ أَذۡهَبۡتُمۡ طَیِّبَـٰتِكُمۡ فِی حَیَاتِكُمُ ٱلدُّنۡیَا وَٱسۡتَمۡتَعۡتُم بِهَا فَٱلۡیَوۡمَ تُجۡزَوۡنَ عَذَابَ ٱلۡهُونِ بِمَا كُنتُمۡ تَسۡتَكۡبِرُونَ فِی ٱلۡأَرۡضِ بِغَیۡرِ ٱلۡحَقِّ وَبِمَا كُنتُمۡ تَفۡسُقُونَ ﴿٢٠﴾

(Xusuuso) maalinta kuwii gaaloobay loo bandhigi Naarta, iyagoo lagu dhihi waxaad wanaaggiinii ku dhamaysateen noloshiinnii dhawayd, waadna ku raaxaysateen, maantase waxaa laydinku abaal marin caddibaad dulli ah, iskibrintiinnii aad xaq darro isula weeyneeydcen iyo faasiqnimadiinna darteed

And the Day those who disbelieved are exposed to the Fire [it will be said], "You exhausted your pleasures during your worldly life and enjoyed them, so this Day you will be awarded the punishment of [extreme] humiliation because you were arrogant upon the earth without right and because you were defiantly disobedient

۞ وَٱذۡكُرۡ أَخَا عَادٍ إِذۡ أَنذَرَ قَوۡمَهُۥ بِٱلۡأَحۡقَافِ وَقَدۡ خَلَتِ ٱلنُّذُرُ مِنۢ بَیۡنِ یَدَیۡهِ وَمِنۡ خَلۡفِهِۦۤ أَلَّا تَعۡبُدُوۤا۟ إِلَّا ٱللَّهَ إِنِّیۤ أَخَافُ عَلَیۡكُمۡ عَذَابَ یَوۡمٍ عَظِیمࣲ ﴿٢١﴾

Xusuuso Ree caad walaalkood (Nabi huud) markuu u digay qoomkiisii iyagoo daggan Axqaaf, iyagoo Rasuullo wax u diga ka horreeyeen kana dambeeyeen, isagoo ku dhihi Eebe mooyee wax kale ha caabudina, waxaan idiinka yaabi caddibaad maalin wayn

And mention, [O Muhammad], the brother of 'Aad, when he warned his people in the [region of] al-Ahqaf - and warners had already passed on before him and after him - [saying], "Do not worship except Allah. Indeed, I fear for you the punishment of a terrible day

قَالُوۤا۟ أَجِئۡتَنَا لِتَأۡفِكَنَا عَنۡ ءَالِهَتِنَا فَأۡتِنَا بِمَا تَعِدُنَاۤ إِن كُنتَ مِنَ ٱلصَّـٰدِقِینَ ﴿٢٢﴾

Waxay ku dheheen ma waxaad noola timid inaad naga iisho Ilaahyadannada, noo keen waxaad noogu doogiyayso haddaad run sheegeyso

They said, "Have you come to delude us away from our gods? Then bring us what you promise us, if you should be of the truthful

قَالَ إِنَّمَا ٱلۡعِلۡمُ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ وَأُبَلِّغُكُم مَّاۤ أُرۡسِلۡتُ بِهِۦ وَلَـٰكِنِّیۤ أَرَىٰكُمۡ قَوۡمࣰا تَجۡهَلُونَ ﴿٢٣﴾

Wuxuuna ku yidhi Eebaa ku cilmi leh (goorta caddibaaddiinna) ee anugu waxaan idin gaadhsiin waxa layfaray inaan gaadhsiiyo, waxaanse idinku arkaa kuwa jaahiliin ah

He said, "Knowledge [of its time] is only with Allah, and I convey to you that with which I was sent; but I see you [to be] a people behaving ignorantly

فَلَمَّا رَأَوۡهُ عَارِضࣰا مُّسۡتَقۡبِلَ أَوۡدِیَتِهِمۡ قَالُوا۟ هَـٰذَا عَارِضࣱ مُّمۡطِرُنَاۚ بَلۡ هُوَ مَا ٱسۡتَعۡجَلۡتُم بِهِۦۖ رِیحࣱ فِیهَا عَذَابٌ أَلِیمࣱ ﴿٢٤﴾

Markay Gaaladii Reer caad arkeen caddibaaddii (Sida daruur) oo Toggooda soo qaabishay waxay, dheheen waa Daruur nawaraabinaysa, Ma aha ee waa waxaad dadajisanayseen inuu timaaddo oo caddibaad ah, waana dabayl caddibaad darani ku jirto

And when they saw it as a cloud approaching their valleys, they said, "This is a cloud bringing us rain!" Rather, it is that for which you were impatient: a wind, within it a painful punishment

تُدَمِّرُ كُلَّ شَیۡءِۭ بِأَمۡرِ رَبِّهَا فَأَصۡبَحُوا۟ لَا یُرَىٰۤ إِلَّا مَسَـٰكِنُهُمۡۚ كَذَ ٰلِكَ نَجۡزِی ٱلۡقَوۡمَ ٱلۡمُجۡرِمِینَ ﴿٢٥﴾

Wax kasta oy martana way burburin amarka Eebe dartiis, markaasay ahaadeen kuwa aan la arkaynin Guryohoodii mooyee, saasaana ku abaal marinnaa kuwa dambiilayaasha ah

Destroying everything by command of its Lord. And they became so that nothing was seen [of them] except their dwellings. Thus do We recompense the criminal people

وَلَقَدۡ مَكَّنَّـٰهُمۡ فِیمَاۤ إِن مَّكَّنَّـٰكُمۡ فِیهِ وَجَعَلۡنَا لَهُمۡ سَمۡعࣰا وَأَبۡصَـٰرࣰا وَأَفۡءِدَةࣰ فَمَاۤ أَغۡنَىٰ عَنۡهُمۡ سَمۡعُهُمۡ وَلَاۤ أَبۡصَـٰرُهُمۡ وَلَاۤ أَفۡءِدَتُهُم مِّن شَیۡءٍ إِذۡ كَانُوا۟ یَجۡحَدُونَ بِءَایَـٰتِ ٱللَّهِ وَحَاقَ بِهِم مَّا كَانُوا۟ بِهِۦ یَسۡتَهۡزِءُونَ ﴿٢٦﴾

Waxaan makaninnay (siinnay) Ree caad wax aannaan idin makaninnin, waxaana u yeellay maqal, arag iyo Quluub, waxbase uma tarin Maqalkoodii, Araggoodii iyo Quluubtoodii, Maxayeelay Waxay diidayeen Aayaadka Eebe, waxaana ku dhacay (oo koobay) caddibaadii ay ku jees jeesayeen

And We had certainly established them in such as We have not established you, and We made for them hearing and vision and hearts. But their hearing and vision and hearts availed them not from anything [of the punishment] when they were [continually] rejecting the signs of Allah; and they were enveloped by what they used to ridicule

وَلَقَدۡ أَهۡلَكۡنَا مَا حَوۡلَكُم مِّنَ ٱلۡقُرَىٰ وَصَرَّفۡنَا ٱلۡءَایَـٰتِ لَعَلَّهُمۡ یَرۡجِعُونَ ﴿٢٧﴾

Waxaan halaagnay wixii gaararkiinna ahaa oo Magaalooyin ah, xujuuyinkana waan caddaynay si dadku Eebe ugu noqdo

And We have already destroyed what surrounds you of [those] cities, and We have diversified the signs [or verses] that perhaps they might return [from disbelief]

فَلَوۡلَا نَصَرَهُمُ ٱلَّذِینَ ٱتَّخَذُوا۟ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ قُرۡبَانًا ءَالِهَةَۢۖ بَلۡ ضَلُّوا۟ عَنۡهُمۡۚ وَذَ ٰلِكَ إِفۡكُهُمۡ وَمَا كَانُوا۟ یَفۡتَرُونَ ﴿٢٨﴾

Maxay ugu gargaariwaayeen kuway ilaahyaal ay u dhawaadaan ka dhigteen Eebe ka sokow, way ka dhumeen, taasina waa beentoodii iyo war abuurashadoodii

Then why did those they took besides Allah as deities by which to approach [Him] not aid them? But they had strayed from them. And that was their falsehood and what they were inventing

وَإِذۡ صَرَفۡنَاۤ إِلَیۡكَ نَفَرࣰا مِّنَ ٱلۡجِنِّ یَسۡتَمِعُونَ ٱلۡقُرۡءَانَ فَلَمَّا حَضَرُوهُ قَالُوۤا۟ أَنصِتُوا۟ۖ فَلَمَّا قُضِیَ وَلَّوۡا۟ إِلَىٰ قَوۡمِهِم مُّنذِرِینَ ﴿٢٩﴾

Xusuuso markaan kuu soo iilnay koox Jinni ah oo Quraanka dhagaysan, markay yimaadeen (meeja lagu akhriyina) ay isu dheheen dhagaysta, markuu la dhammeeyayna ay ciddoodii ku noqdeen iyagoo u digi

And [mention, O Muhammad], when We directed to you a few of the jinn, listening to the Qur'an. And when they attended it, they said, "Listen quietly." And when it was concluded, they went back to their people as warners

قَالُوا۟ یَـٰقَوۡمَنَاۤ إِنَّا سَمِعۡنَا كِتَـٰبًا أُنزِلَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ مُوسَىٰ مُصَدِّقࣰا لِّمَا بَیۡنَ یَدَیۡهِ یَهۡدِیۤ إِلَى ٱلۡحَقِّ وَإِلَىٰ طَرِیقࣲ مُّسۡتَقِیمࣲ ﴿٣٠﴾

Oo ku dhihi qoomkannow waxaan maqallay Kitaab (Quraan) la soo dajiyay (Nabi) Muuse ka dib oo rumayn Kitaabihii ka horreeyey, kuna hanuunin xaq iyo waddada toosan

They said, "O our people, indeed we have heard a [recited] Book revealed after Moses confirming what was before it which guides to the truth and to a straight path

یَـٰقَوۡمَنَاۤ أَجِیبُوا۟ دَاعِیَ ٱللَّهِ وَءَامِنُوا۟ بِهِۦ یَغۡفِرۡ لَكُم مِّن ذُنُوبِكُمۡ وَیُجِرۡكُم مِّنۡ عَذَابٍ أَلِیمࣲ ﴿٣١﴾

Qoomkannow ajiiba (raaca) uyeedhaha xaqa Eebe, rumeeyana, dambigiinna Eebe ha dhaafee, hana idinka koriyo caddibaad darane

O our people, respond to the Messenger of Allah and believe in him; Allah will forgive for you your sins and protect you from a painful punishment

وَمَن لَّا یُجِبۡ دَاعِیَ ٱللَّهِ فَلَیۡسَ بِمُعۡجِزࣲ فِی ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَلَیۡسَ لَهُۥ مِن دُونِهِۦۤ أَوۡلِیَاۤءُۚ أُو۟لَـٰۤئِكَ فِی ضَلَـٰلࣲ مُّبِینٍ ﴿٣٢﴾

Ruuxaan ajiibin (raacin) uyeedhaha Eebe kuma daaliyo Eebe dhulka dhexdiisa (kama cararo) wax Eebe ka soo hadhay oo u gargaarina ma jiro, kuwaas «aan maqlaynin yeedhidda Eebana» waa kuwa baadi cad ku sugan

But he who does not respond to the Caller of Allah will not cause failure [to Him] upon earth, and he will not have besides Him any protectors. Those are in manifest error

أَوَ لَمۡ یَرَوۡا۟ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ ٱلَّذِی خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ وَلَمۡ یَعۡیَ بِخَلۡقِهِنَّ بِقَـٰدِرٍ عَلَىٰۤ أَن یُحۡـِۧیَ ٱلۡمَوۡتَىٰۚ بَلَىٰۤۚ إِنَّهُۥ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَیۡءࣲ قَدِیرࣱ ﴿٣٣﴾

Miyeeyna ogayn Eebaha abuuray Samaawaadka iyo dhulka aan kana noogin abuurkooda inuu karo inuu soo nooleeyo wixii dhintay, saas ma aha ee Eebe wax walba oo uu doono wuu karaa

Do they not see that Allah, who created the heavens and earth and did not fail in their creation, is able to give life to the dead? Yes. Indeed, He is over all things competent

وَیَوۡمَ یُعۡرَضُ ٱلَّذِینَ كَفَرُوا۟ عَلَى ٱلنَّارِ أَلَیۡسَ هَـٰذَا بِٱلۡحَقِّۖ قَالُوا۟ بَلَىٰ وَرَبِّنَاۚ قَالَ فَذُوقُوا۟ ٱلۡعَذَابَ بِمَا كُنتُمۡ تَكۡفُرُونَ ﴿٣٤﴾

Maalinta kuwii gaaloobay loo bandhigi Naarta waxaa lagu odhan Miyuuna xaq ahayn kan (caddibaadda ah) markaasay dhahaan Eebaan ku dhaawannaye waa xaq, Eebe wuxuu ku dhahaa dhadhamiya caddibaadda Gaalnimadiinna darteed

And the Day those who disbelieved are exposed to the Fire [it will be said], "Is this not the truth?" They will say, "Yes, by our Lord." He will say, "Then taste the punishment because you used to disbelieve

فَٱصۡبِرۡ كَمَا صَبَرَ أُو۟لُوا۟ ٱلۡعَزۡمِ مِنَ ٱلرُّسُلِ وَلَا تَسۡتَعۡجِل لَّهُمۡۚ كَأَنَّهُمۡ یَوۡمَ یَرَوۡنَ مَا یُوعَدُونَ لَمۡ یَلۡبَثُوۤا۟ إِلَّا سَاعَةࣰ مِّن نَّهَارِۭۚ بَلَـٰغࣱۚ فَهَلۡ یُهۡلَكُ إِلَّا ٱلۡقَوۡمُ ٱلۡفَـٰسِقُونَ ﴿٣٥﴾

Usamir siday u samreen kuwii sugnaanta iyo niyadda u saaxiibka ahaa ee rasuullada ahaa, hana ku dagdagin in la caddibo waxay la midnoqon markay arkaan waxa loogu goodiyay ineeyan ku nagaanin Adduunka Saacad maalin ah waxaan ahayn, Quraankuna waa gaadhsiin, kuwa faasiqiinta ah umbaana la halaagaa

So be patient, [O Muhammad], as were those of determination among the messengers and do not be impatient for them. It will be - on the Day they see that which they are promised - as though they had not remained [in the world] except an hour of a day. [This is] notification. And will [any] be destroyed except the defiantly disobedient people
